Website Development for ICan Educational Ecosystem in Cyprus
Сomplex bilingual website from scratch included numerous pages, ensuring easy access to educational resources for all users
CHALLENGE
We needed to create a modern website for an entire educational ecosystem, that would host a wealth of diverse and useful information. It had to be well-organized, user-friendly, easy to understand , and accessible to everyone.
This was an exciting challenge, as the website is extensive, and the project is long-term, with rapidly expanding content.
Additionally, we implemented the site in 2 languages and integrated features such as an email newsletter and an electronic diary.Client Deliverables

OUR APPROACH
The actual development began in November 2023, following a period of communication, analysis and planning.
A web version with a visual interface and an administrative panel was built using WordPress.
The site is bilingual, featuring 20 pages in each language. Nearly all content can be modified, managed, and moderated through the admin panel.
Additionally, we implemented email newsletters to enhance communication.
In the final stage, we integrated an Electronic Diary. This part was handled by a separate, and then both teams synchronized to enable the proper handling of requests in the Electronic Diary.
After completing the integration, we continued developing other sections of the site including pages of kindergarten, camp and more.
Two languages: English and Russian. 25 pages in each language.
The ability to edit most of the content on the website (WP admin on all pages)
Applications submitted through the feedback form are directed to different email addresses based on the category(school, kindergarten), and are also forwarded to the CRM LMS system.
All data from the feedback forms is collected in the CRM table (Integration with third-party software)

The project is multi-component and continues to evolve, with the Camp section currently under development

ICan is a Cyprus-based educational ecosystem offering diverse learning paths from early childhood to adult language courses, including kindergartens and camps. It promotes lifelong learning, well-being, and follows England's National Curriculum, fostering student independence and future readiness.
