ICAN Case Study
CHALLENGE
The task was to create a modern website for a comprehensive educational ecosystem, capable of hosting diverse and useful information. The platform needed to be well-organized, user-friendly, easy to navigate, and accessible to all users.
The project posed unique challenges due to the website’s extensive scope and long-term nature, with rapidly growing content. The solution also required support for two languages, along with features like an email newsletter and an electronic diary.

OUR APPROACH
The project began in November 2023 after a thorough phase of communication, analysis, and planning. A web version with a visual interface and an administrative panel was developed using WordPress. The site supports two languages, with 20 pages in each, and allows for nearly all content to be managed and moderated through the admin panel.
To enhance communication, we added email newsletters. In the final stage, we integrated an Electronic Diary in collaboration with a separate team to synchronize systems for seamless request handling. After the integration, we continued expanding the site by adding sections for the kindergarten, camp, and more.
Two languages supported: English and Russian, with 25 pages in each language.

All fields and content on the website can be managed through the WordPress admin panel.

Feedback forms route applications to specific email addresses based on the category (school, kindergarten) and forward them to the CRM LMS system.

All data from the feedback forms is collected in the CRM table (Integration with third-party software)

A multi-component project that continues to grow, with the Camp section currently in development.
